Subject says it all. Free would be nice, but I'm willing to pay for
accessible HTML versions rather than the mangled text conversions. I
know Adobe has an online PDF to Word converter service, but I don't know
if it's accessible. The resulting Word document that is. I found a PDF
to Word converter and it was the same mangled mess as the typical text
conversion. And HTML done right would be more accessible anyway. Well,
perhaps not exactly more accessible, but quicker and easier to navigate.
