Hi Robert: In order to send a message from WLM. I would do the following: 1. press the Alt key to get to the ribbon. 2. Press the right arrow until you get to Options. 3. Press the Down Arrow key and you will get to the Send Later button. 4. Press the Spacebar. Then, when you close WLM, you will be told you have unsent messages in your outbox, you can choose Yes from the dialog, and the message will be sent.
