Hello. My philosophy is always to buy systems that are business/corporate
oriented. The systems in this category tend to have more robust components,
and the service contracts and technical support are better. I learned this the
hard way when I helped my significant other buy a Dell system that was meant
for the home user. Well, the tech. support was in India or the Phillipines, or
somewhere otherwise than the USA, and the quality of that support was terrible.
By contrast, I bought a corporate Dell laptop and a corporate workstation, and
guess what? The tech support folks spoke English, and I didn't have to wait an
hour and a half on the phone to speak to a human. Hope this helps, and watch
out! Oh yes, and get a service contract for a few years or so.--Matt.

Sorry, that doesn't tell me much. Is that good or bad?

Remember that I3/I is the consumer processor akin to the enterprise Xeon.
