Okay I am currently using Thunderbird for e-mail.
Now how come when you get new mail you don't always hear the new mail sound only certain times? also when setting Thunderbird is it better to have I Map set in your account or is it better to just let it find you account information like server settings and the like? Because I don't se the I Map choice in my volders selection I have either all or unified So can you change this? also I have three address books in my Thunderbird what is thunder birds default address book? and how to you then take your other two address books and then make that one address book to you can just have thunder bird use one and only one address book? This would be most helpful to me if I ever have to uninstall and reinstall my Thunderbird for any reason. also one last question when backing up the address book what is the best file type to save it as to that you can put a copy it on an external hard drive or a US B thumb drive?
