Greetings,
Under Windows XP you must disable Adobe Reader's protected mode feature.
Press Control-K to open its preferences, disable the option, and restart
Reader. At this point you should be able to read your documents as you
did previously.

Greetings,
I have WE 7.52 installed and OS Win Xp HE sp3. I have problem with adobe reader
10.1. I'm not able to read the content of the document using WE. Other screen
reader failed too. I decided to install the version 10.1 because my adobe
reader 8 notoriously reported errors. In the report you read that this version
is not stable and I need to instal the recent release. The result is that
previous I had annoying error reports but I could read pdf documents and now
I've got no such a messages but I'm not able to read anything. What should I
do? Are there any preferences I need to change to make WE works with this Adobe
reader release, uninstal this version and back to previous, or change pdf
reader?
Any help appreciated,
thanks in a dvance
