You can do this with Winamp as well, press control-j and do the
same thing, it works just fine.

type the hour, minute and second where you want to start playing the

For instance, if you are listening to an MP3 tutorial, and you want to

control-e, the type 0 in the hour field, tab once and type 20, then
tab to the Seek button and press the spacebar.
Of course, you need to make sure that you delete everything from the
