What we generally use is call RDP, remote desktop protocol by Microsoft. But the thing about it is, you will need to open port 3389 by default . Else, the remote assist itself of window-eyes will do but someone need to be at the other end to give you the password to access and also port open to work well with it.
I generally prefer teamviewer but a screen reader is not going to get much out of it unless something or a screen reader is install and skype or something to get audio feedback from. Some blind folks does it as far as I know. Teamviewer is good as most of it, port open is not require but it's the same as remote assist, someone need to be around to give you the user id and password. The other choice is citrix but that's another complex issue all together. -------------------- regards Thomas N. I've not had a lot of luck with logmein and vnc I'm guessing is a gui. Any ideas? -- Dave C. Bahr If you reply to this message it will be delivered to the original sender only.
