I'm sure that GW Micro will find a way to restore mouse reading functionality to Internet Explorer 9 since Freedom Scientific has already done so with version 13 of JAWS for Windows.

Subject: Re: Question About Mouse Keys

Greetings,

This is a known issue with IE9 because it bypasses our OSM. We have ideas on how to improve this in the future. Regarding the Firefox issue, see http://www.gwmicro.com/kb1127 for instructions on re-enabling mouse navigation.

Regards,
Steve

Hello Folks,

Has anyone noticed that the mouse keys do not allow you to move around
the screen when in Internet explorer 9? I notice that I have a
difficult time with Firefox, but I reverted to an earlier version, which
resolved the problem I am using Windows 7 on a 64b bit machine.
