Hi All,

My windows XP 32 bit system crashed last week and I talked my son into
reinstalling everything from the image that my computer came with. I had my
son stop before adding in all the windows updates thinking I'd install window
eyes and do it myself. As I started downloading all the updates from the
Microsoft site, Window Eyes started to get screwy and crashed. I got it going
again by playing with it and by the time all the updates were installed I
decided to just uninstall window eyes all together and reinstall it. Wow!
whatta difference that made! The crashes and other quirky things others have
described here seems to have gone away. As of today, window eyes works great
with 7.5.3.0. Note: when I reinstalled window eyes 7.5 from my factory disk, I
didn't go through the version .1, and .2. I just went straight to the version
.3. I have no idea if that mattered but, that's what I did.

Regards,

Alan
