Hello Juan It is GW Micro's choice if they decide to follow you or not. You can always just reply. They will get the message, however so will everyone else you are following. The only impact of them not following you is that you cannot send them a direct message. May be email will do the trick? Although it is Twitter etiquette to follow anyone who follows you, this can become too much to manage from an organization who could potentially have hundreds, if not thousands, of followers. Vic
