Because I am trouble shooting my system to see what's causing my system to
lock up when I click on some links, especially youtube links. From what
I'm hearing, it's more than likely Adobe Flash player. As far as Java
goes, I haven't ran into any issue just yet, I'm still able to do my
Banking without any difficulties.

Why would you want to uninstall Java? Java is used to display content
on many web pages, especially those that offer interactive content.
Java is used quite extensively for presentation of online courses. I
have never found that it does any harm.

Do wineyes users need Java on there systems? I removed mine and didn't
notice a difference one way or the other. My system still crashes while
using IE Or FX, especially when clicking on a youtube link. Now, I'm
starting to believe it's adobe flash that's causing my system to crash.
I can at times restore my system through task anager.
