i have the same crashes with the carbonite info center program. it is not very accessible and when i do manage to get browse mode to load carbonite removes itself from memory and i have to reload it. this does not happen when i use nvda screen reader. for Youtube use i e instead. then the problem will go away. use control shift escape to open the task manager. this is easier then useing control alt delete. with firefox instead of ending fire fox end the plugin container. thats what is crashing. then presss f5 to reload the page. then it will start working again. but only for a little while before it crashes again. i never thought about turning off w e though for firefox while useing youtoube.

My browser stops working and I must restart it using task manager. When I start the same video using NVDA everything works fine. I wonder if you had to do with similar cases. My OS is Win Xp HE sp 3 and browser Firefox 10.2. Regards If you reply to this message it will be delivered to the original sender only.
