don't mix up two different things, because if you wanna run the Mac OS you have to go with voiceOver, to run Window-Eyes you need to run a virtualization software like fusion ( like VMWare ) and then you can run a Windows OS with WE in a virtual environment. And I'm writing this email from a Windows machine, running WE, so my answer is clear, smiles.
