I just exited from my Eudora email and went into a WordPad
document. Insert-T gave me the time like it should. When I went to the
desktop and tried again, it did not work.
When on the desktop, I open the WE control panel and then did the same with
WordPad and also Eudora in focus. The Insert key settings are the same.
