You do realize that the presentation was not intended to be soully
for the benifit of us especially since we weren't actually there right?
Thus, passing a microphone around for everyone to speak would be rather
impractical for a lecture-style presentation. Personally I thought it
was quite good, it demonstrated some of the layout of Windows 8 and how
WE currently behaves with it. I appreciate that they posted it to the
net for us to listen to at all, they certainly didn't have to. Sorry if
that sounds harsh but, I'm sure audio quality was one of the least of
their concerns.

I just posted what I was given. I'm not sure that recording was a
primary goal of the presentation. but please feel free to direct all
audio quality feedback to Jeremy. <grin>

Hello Aaron:
I do appreciate the Windows8 presentation with Window-Eyes; however,
the audio quality was pretty bad! Whilst one could hear Window-Eyes
clearly, Jerry was almost practically inaudible. One would have to
PIN A MICROPHONE to the ears in order to hear much of what he was
saying. Were there no microphones provided for the session in the
room used?
In the future, I'd like to suggest that when a presentation is opened
up for a question and answer session, a cordless microphone should be
passed around so that the question asked can be heard as well as the
answers.
As is, I can't give a rating to this presentation. If I must
however, the screen reader was far more audible compared to the
presenter and the screen reader gets a rating of 5 assuming that 5 is
the highest possible rating. Much thanks!!
Sincerely,
Olusegun
