I'm able to duplicate this using Word 2003 and Win XP. When I switch to Word as my e-mail editor, there is no problem.

It is easy to duplicate. Set message format to HTML. Press alt+I and arrow down to insert hyper link. Now MSAA mode kicks in. Press alt+shift+A to turn it off. Type in the URL and tab to OK. Now when you are put back into the message body, MSAA mode is back on. Browse mode sometimes activates when replying to messages, preventing typing until browse mode is deactivated. Perhaps this is because the original message is in html format. If so, is there an Outlook 2003 setting that will force Outlook to reply in plain text? I thought I had seen a menu option, but I've searched through all the Tools, Options dialogs and menus without finding anything. Thanks.
