Hi chip. Speak fields doesn't work. What I do is type in the address as a
document, then do my hot key command for envelopes that imports the address in
to the envelope then I print it out. I can read the address before I import it
into the envelope. Thanks though.

Hi Sandra,

I think it's possible your address info for the envelope was in a field? If
that's the case, and you don't have WE Word verbosity set to read fields to
you, then you wouldn't hear the address info.

In this same verbosity is a checkbox for speaking the number of fields on a
line; it sounds like your other question about how to stop WE from announcing
the number of fields is to uncheck the fields count checkbox in verbosity.

So, go into Verbosity, Word, find the Fields entry, and make sure "speak
fields" is checked, and "speak fields count" is not checked.

hth,

Chip
