do you have the wlm app installed. are you useing the one line view for your messages. check that the msmail.gra graphic dictionary is associated with the msmail.set file. last but not least try replaceing the msmail.gra file supplied with the app if it still does not work. there msmail.gra file does not work with vista or windows 7. http://dl.dropbox.com/u/18158947/MSMAIL.gra
