Well, let's try two ways.    It worked; I had to change the encoding to UTF8.  
Thanks.

First, go into Options and tell WLM you want your messages displayed in HTML if 
it's not already.  

If the links still won't work, then the only other suggestion is to highlight 
the link, copy it to the clipboard and open it directly in your browser or from 
the Run box.
Take my advice, I don't use it anyway.

How do I get links which do not have the address to work in WLM?  IE, a link 
which says “Reinstall Carbonite” supose to say link, but when I try to click on 
it, it doesn’t work.  It has to do with a WLM setting which I don’t remember 
and can’t find.  Thanks.
