All software crashes. Microsoft and Window-Eyes, to their credit, are both constantly releasing free bug fix updates. Actually, both are also constantly releasing free updates which include new functionality. I think the better question is how fast does a company address software problems, and do they charge you for bug fix releases? In my opinion, there is where the real difference lies between GW and FS. Chip
