WE Update is currently supposed to be stopped so
this is correct behavior for that app.

have you tried re downloading the wlm app?
maybe you did not get the complete package downloaded.

I keep turning on the WLM app and saving it. The
next time I check, it is turned off. This happens over and over.
I also turned on the security setting as someone on this List suggested.
I am trying out a trial copy of Vipre. Could
that have anything to do with the WLM app constantly turning off by itself?
It is the only app that is turned on.
