I have been using FF 3.x and, for reasons too lengthy and boring, I had to update to a later version to transmit some data. I updated to FF 11 and it is causing to many problems. When I open FF 11, sometimes WindowEyes simply stops talking; sometimes the screen locks up and I can't even get to the Taskbar; and, other odd things. I went to the Restore to an Earlier Version and was told there was not one. However - 1. Using the Start>Programs, only FF 11.0 is indicated 2. 2. When I go to Control Panel>Uninstall an application, only ff 3.6 is listed Short of going into the Registry (which I am very reluctant to do), does anyone have an idea as to how to uninstall FF 11 if Windows 7 seems to think it is not an installed application? Am using Windows 7 and WE 7.5.3 with all upgrades Any assistance will be much appreciated.
