Hi Josh: I use Gmail for a lot of my email and I am not finding it very dificult. I did need to set a few bookmarks so that when I want to read a message, I can just press the letter k to go to the body of that message. The other alternative is to use http://m.gmail.com. I do that if I want to view an entire conversation. Kevin Huber
