Just chiming in here, to let you all know, that I recently have been dealing
with a website where I had a similar problem. Even if I followed your
suggestion Ralph, there was no way for me to activate the button in
question. i then made a discovery.
Wehn your mouse has been properly focused on the control in question, try
hit the Application-key on your keyboard. Don't necessary assume, that the
right-clicking of the mouse will work. Once the App-key has been pressed, a
context menu will open. Scroll down to the entry saying Open, and hit Enter.
Don't know if this will work on all sites, but it sure helped me out on the
page I was troubled.

David,
if you are using IE, earlier than IE9, you can route the mouse to the
cursor
with numpad-insert + plus-sign.Then try to find the word send with numbad
2,
numpad 8 and insert 4, insert 6 and insert 7 and insert 9. If you have
found
it hit the numpad / (divide) key as a single left mouse click and see if
it
works.

Ralf

Subject: Activating keys
Hi all,
I am not sure if my subject of this message is correct so I will just
explain my problem.
I am using a dating site and I am having some issues with some of the
features. For example, if I want to email someone that I am interested in
chatting with I can write my message but the send key is just a long bar
with the word send on it. It doesn't matter if browse mode is off or on
and
all WE says is Send. So it isn't a button or a link so I can't send my
message. This also happens when I reply to a message sent to me and when
I
go to send WE says Reply but nothing else so I can't send my reply. This
means I have to have a sighted person do these functions for me and
honestly
it can be a little embarrassing because I do not like anyone reading my
messages. There is also another button, function, or whatever you call it
that says, I'm interested that I can not click. If anyone can help this
would be greatly appreciated.
