i am very confused. all i wanted to do is change the graphic in live mail 2011 from replied to to replied. this is where the polterdise is. i can not change it. i change the description. update entry and save the settings. its working. then when i close live mail and reload it the old description is back. i can delete all of the contents of the windowslivemail.gra file and save it. there is nothing there. but when i reload live mail, there it is again. all 31 entries with the same .gra file name. all this time i have the default folder opened and monitoring the .gra file. when i change the description and save it the time of the file changes too. i can load it into notepad and my change is there. but. when i load wlm the old graphic is still there in the graphic file. i have deleted the file and loaded wlm and the same graphic file loads with all 31 entries. even though the file is not in the default folder where is it comeing from? how is it recreating the windowslivemail.gra file? from thin air? if i save it it will re appear in the default folder after i have deleted it. help before they come to take me away.
