Did your 30 day license code, assuming that is for sure what you are
referring to, revert back to demo mode because it went beyond the 30
days before you installed the next license code? If so, it is a well
known issue and GW will have to give you a code to fix it. You can
call them and get their assistance. I have had this happen twice in my
time. They know about it, they don't ideally like it this way, but it
is an unfortunate result of the licensing product they use for the
payment plan licensing.
