Hi: When I first started using the AVG free antivirus program, it saw WELI.EXE as a virus and so I deleted it. Window-eyes did work fine for me but then I found out that, as you probably already have guessed, WELI.EXE is not a virus and is part of Window-eyes so I re-installed it. The moral of this story is that, while WELI.EXE is part of Window-eyes, uninstalling it didn't cause problems for me.
