1. Press Alt-F 2. Press O to open Options
3. Press M to open Mail dialog 4. Shift-Tab to the tab controls. You will likely be on the General tab control. 5. Press Right Arrow to navigate to the Compose tab 6. Tab five times to the Mail checkbox. This option is for Include my business card when creating new messages. 7. Press Space to Uncheck it. 8.
