Tom, GW's staff may have other comments for you, but please note that the version of Windows Live Mail that you can use on XP is version 2010. The version that you will get with Windows 7 is Version 2011. Windows Live Mail 2011 is quite a bit different and I think probably does work better with Window-Eyes. I am still using Windows Live Mail 2010 on an XP machine and some things to not work real smoothly. I did find that the app results in better reading of folder names, though. There are probably answers to your questions and I can do some digging for that matter, but I am not sure it is worth switching to Windows Live Mail in XP as a way to prepare for the eventual change because your experience will be different in Windows 7, unless you want better access to LIVE.COM addresses. Where are you seeing choices for XP and Classic themes? I'm not seeing them here.

Apparently, my mailboxes and contacts syncronized correctly. However, when I try to select recipients for a new message, it goes crazy. I hear a whole list of contacts in the "To" and "CC" fields that I don't want and I can't delete them. I looked to see if I could check or uncheck the message and review panes. All I can find is a tool bar with many buttons that don't seem to do anything. Should I have installed this toolbar? For Windows XP, the most likely themes are XP and Classic. I don't notice any help with the Windows Live App. Finally, where can I get WLM help? When I look for help, I get put on the Windows Live ID sign-up page and clicking the help center puts me in Windows 7 help. What M ai missing? Sorry this is long, You can write off list. Thanks. Note I am using Outlook Express for this E-mail. >If you reply to this message it will be delivered to the original sender only. >If your reply would benefit others on the list and your message is related to GW Micro, then please consider sending your message to [email protected] so the entire list will receive it. >GW-Info messages are archived at http://www.gwmicro.com/gwinfo.
