Tom,

If you need to permanently use a command which Window-Eyes intercepts, you can reassign or undefine it by going to the Hotkeys node of the WE settings tree. Alternatively, if you have a program in which you don't want Window-Eyes hotkeys to operate, you can disable them by going to General/Core Functions and setting hotkeys to off.
