what i would do is make a group list.
you can do this in the thunderbird address book.
it is just like making a group in outlook express.
the one thing to remember though is that you have to enter to go to the next 
line and then press ok now type in the groups name in the to,bcc,cc field
and no this is not off topic cause it is something all people who use 
thunderbird might want to know.
