I have seen this behavior after a program has crashed and I ended the
process through the Windows Task Manager. Otherwise, I have not seen
this. I'm running Windows 7 64. I've not had this problem yet with W-E
7.5.4, but did in other 7.5.x versions. I haven't yet had to end a
process with 7.5.4, so don't know if it will do the same or not.
