Outlook 2007 and 2010 use Microsoft Word as the default mail viewers, and frankly Word does a pretty lousy job of displaying HTML mail most of the time. If you have the Outlook Enhance app installed, you can press Alt-0 when such messages are open to cause them to open in the web browser. Alternatively, press Alt-H, A, V to accomplish the same thing. To our knowledge there is no way to change the default Outlook viewer.
