I think he is. Had he been a spammer, we'd have been getting much more than test messages from him. Mail servers (with the acception of Exchange and SmarterMail from SmarterTools which are the most superior) cause issues with the emailing list feature and people's messages don't go through. Half the time, I get the "Message is too long" error message when it went through just fine, it's just that the server's being stupid.
