Hi,

That didn't work.  Also Microsoft's suggested help did not work either, but 
I did find the answer.  Once you open up the alt f menu and go to options, 
its under security.  Once I clicked the checkbox to allow attachments, we 
were in business.

with the message open, alt-f then s a.  In short, this means file, save
attachment.  It will ask attachments to be saved.  control a gets them all
if there are several.  On this machine, they are saved to the
documentsfolder.
