Mike,

I am seeing this with PMMail and believe it may be incorrect handling of 
unicode characters.  From the headers in your message, it appears that you are 
using Eudora 7.  Since that is an older mailer, it might be 
the same problem.  There are some other Eudora users on this list so they may 
be able to confirm if this is a problem and whether there is a way to correct 
it.
