Hi, I use WE find command but that's not what I expect. The messages after taken actions are very different and often I have no idea what to type to find it on page. . It's not so easy in my language I think. Regards ----- Original Message ----- From: erik burggraaf To: Piotrek Cc: gwmicro (List) Sent: Saturday, May 05, 2012 2:51 PM Subject: Re: Question
Hi, how about the window-eyes find command, control shift F. After you hit the send or post button and the new page loads, press this control shift f. Type success. Press enter. You will be taken to the first instance of the word success. If you type success, then window-eyes will also find the word successfully because it has the word success in it. You can also try congratulations, complete, finish, or any other likely term. Suppose that you search for success, and when you read the context of the first success, you realize it's not what you're looking for. Press insert F and you will be taken to the next instance of the word success. When I fill out any form or post any comment on a forum I don't know if my opinion or form has been made correctly and been posted. I must go through the whole page to know if I succeeded. It takes a time and it's annoying. This information is placed in very different places on the page. Sometimes on the top of page, sometimes on the bottom or elsewhere. It gets my blood up when I try to find the information wasting time to hear: "congratulations, your post's been already added" cleverly hidden in some place I would never think about. Do you know any way to speed it up? Is there any way my screen reader let me know about it? That's the more uncomfortable the more the website is complicated.
