once you find Eloquence you have to tab to the list of voices installed.
also tab to the sound card combo box and choose the sound card you want to
use that matches what your computer is useing. if it is on the wrong one you
will not have any sound.

Eloquence is selected as twelve of twenty-two possible choices for
synthesizer but it only says: "Window-Eyes" and not sure why or how to let
it talk like Dectalk Access 32 Window-Eyes.
