It is one of those little utilities that once you start using it, you cannot imagine being without it. If you need to paste the same text over and over, grab Jeff Weiss' WE app/script called texttoclip from the GWMicro apps library. TextToClip is very versatile and has been greatly expanded from its original version and is another must have" app in my estimation. But addressing your question specificly, Ditto should serve your needs. "I can't dwell on the past.
