Hi, you can use the F6 key to move you to different parts of iTunes. Once you get to the source list where it shows music, or books, or apps, or tones, you are in the source list. This is like a tree view so you can press up and down arrow to navigate it. Press the letter D and it will take you to the devices section. Now down arrow once and you should see your iPhone there. From here if you press tab over and over you will see the various categories of the iPhone section. The default is summary where it gives a general summary of the phone.

There is an iPhone list called viphone on Google Groups which you can subscribe to if you have more iPhone questions. The subscribe link is below. Just replace the end of the link with your real email address instead of the sample [email protected] one.

Yes, this is related to Window-Eyes.

I just purchased my first iPhone. So that I could sync the phone with my
home computer I set up my first iTunes account. My phone is synced but I
want to be able to go back into the multi-tab dialog box that does the
syncing to make some changes.

As those of you with iPhones know, iTunes usually comes up automatically
when your phone is connected to your PC. When tabbing around all of the
choices I encounter all kinds of things about music, but nowhere can I
now find a list box that includes my phone. I know my phone is connected
because it said I needed an update and it made that squeaky noise to
indicate connectedness.

When ITunes comes up WE says, “Window client Area.” Then I find things
like volume, mute, and various play lists.

I am running WE 7.54 with the most current version of iTunes and, yes,
the iTunes set file is both associated and, according to my PC, up-to-date.

My JFW using friends suspect this is a WE problem, as they all have that
elusive list that includes their own phones, but I am not sure they are
correct.

Help!

Sandy
