The same thing happened to me a few months ago when i tried to buy a
SMA, so I left it alone

Has anyone else has this problem? I have tried it 5 times with no
success and there is nothing different about my serial number from the
last couple of years!
I am trying to purchase another monthly activation code on my LTO copy
of window-eyes.
I go through the page of adding it to the cart and typing in the
number to validate.
I press validate and it is fine with it. It validates it as it always has
and it
is the same number it has been for years. It is typed in exactly
correctly. Then
I enter all the information on the form such as my name, address and
credit card
information. I press submit and it terminates my order saying the
following.
Determining product availability...Failure.
Errors were detected in the information you entered. Your online
ordering process
has been terminated for the following reason:
ERROR: The serial number entered does not appear to be valid. Please
return to the
form and correct this error.
The number is absolutely valid. The number has not changed for years.
Crap like this
is not only rediculous but really agrivating!
