I know, many people today, highly praise
Dell, due to their customer service. To stress a point here, let me put it
to the extremity. Please note, that the brand ranging here, is just done for
illustration purposes.
Imagine, you go to the store. After browsing the selection, you have the
following choices:
1. A Fujitsu, priced 350 dollars. Buy it, and hope for the best.
2. A Dell, priced 500 dollars. The computer comes with two years of free
customer service. You buy it, and end up having to call customer service
three times a week, due to instability and crashes.
3. An HP, priced 650 dollars. Buy it, go home and enjoy a trouble free
computer for the next three years; only with a few minor things to overcome,
which you manage to perform with the help of the other users on the list.
True enough, you have heard a comple of bad stories.
4. A Linovo, priced 990 dollars. You can buy it, hoping for it to be a
better quality than what they used to be ten years ago.
As I said, it all has been taken to the extremityies. But, if this really
was your four choices - which of the above models would you think was the
best buy? The Fujitsu, just because it is the best price with some glossy
look? Or, the Linovo, since high price must mean high quality?

Hi.
I've had an HP laptop for about two years, and it's been a good computer.
I
think it's the 17 inch screen. It does have the numeric keypad on it. It
also has three USB plugs on it, at least that's how many I'm aware of.
Have a good day, and don't work too hard.
