I am having the same issue in I E 8, also with 7.5.4.1 on Windows 7. I logged a ticket with support, no response so far.
The really bizarre thing is one particular test I did, I got part way through keying a field, it wasn't reading it to me, so I walked away and came back later, resumed typing in the same field and NOW it starts talking. I guess its lazy. -----Original Message----- From: Samuel Wilkins [mailto:[email protected]] Sent: Friday, May 25, 2012 10:24 AM To: [email protected] Subject: Window-Eyes Not Reading Text Input in Dialogs Hello everyone, I have just started to notice that Window-Eyes has stopped reading text I put into edit boxes that are in a dialog. For example, in the open dialog in Internet explorer 9, it will not read any text I put in. However, in emails, documents etc., it works fine. Why might this be? I am using Window-Eyes 7.5.4.1 and Windows 7 Home Premium. Thank you in advance. If you reply to this message it will be delivered to the original sender only.
