  Hi,

If you're using Windows 7, how about lowering the volume of system sounds, so
your screen reader is way louder?

  All the best

Subject: Video or audio auto starts on webpage, can't hear screen reader

Hi, I had to update my adobe flash player to listen to u tube videos from
the u tube site. After installing the updatged version of adobe flash player
version 11, I tried to go to the following page to download recipes

  http://beta.abc.go.com/shows/the-chew/recipes

Before the install of the flash player, the page would not play the videos,
so i could navigate the site with no problems hearing my screen reader (window
eyes version 7.5.4.1). After the install, the page plays video in a constant
loop, which makes it next to impossible to hear my screen reader reading the
contents of the screen.

Any way to give excpetions of the adobe flash player on certain sites to not
play video/aduio?

  Thanks everyone

  Keith
