Greetings,

Windows is ducking all non-communication-related audio. To fix this, open the Sound control panel applet, go to the Communications Tab, and change the selection to "do nothing."

Regards,
Steve

Hi list ken here just downloaded 2.0 of GW connect and while I don’t have a mic
yet have been testing functionality hitting the voicemail command to se who
does and who doesn’t have it enabled. I would guess someone who isn’t enabled
is indicated by no voice message and the send and cancel buttons showing.
since there is no message and beep to tell you to record, but on some of my
contacts the screen reader dropps lower like it should but it doesn’t come back
to full volume. this only happens on some contacts. is this a bug in GW
connect or is it something to do with that particular contact. thanks,
