You won't need one. I didn't have any luck using the upgrade option, so
choose not to keep anything which will install a blank Windows 8
Consumer Preview. You can just use the standard Windows-U to launch
narrator and finish the Setup. If you want a screen reader, you will
need to use NVDA as neither Window-eyes or JAWS will work. you won't
even be able to run Setup.
