Hello Rick,
I have been using Audible.com for several years. Lately I have not been able to use FireFox to download books. It won't even see the books in my library. I haven't had time to troubleshoot that yet. With that said, IE should work just fine. At the very least, you will need the audible download manager from the audible site. If you have not already done so, look for the "software" link on their main page. From there you can download software to play the books on your computer or if you are going to use a portable device, you should be able to get the download manager. After that is installed, try downloading the books again. If you have already done this, or you do try it and it doesn't work, let us know. I just got off the phone after an hour with a very nice fellow from somewhere over in Asia but despite his best efforts we were not able to redeem my books. I found My Library and hit enter on the Download links but nothing happened. We tried FireFox with the same result and several other ideas he had with no results. I would like to redeem these books since they were a gift. The very nice Asian fellow told me they have thousands of blind users and he had no idea why clicking, hitting enter, on the link would not work. Does anyone out there have experience with WE and Audible.com? Rick USA If you reply to this message it will be delivered to the original sender only.
