There is a bit of a delay when running the program, if
you're using 2.0 this delay isn't as long. If you're using windows 7 try
loading it by typing gw into the start menu search edit box and press
enter when you hear gw connect. It'll take a few seconds to load but it
will eventually.
If you've tried the above and it still doesn't work, i'm sure someone
from gw will be able to help.
