I just tried this, and the messages are opening and reading just fine
for me. The app doesn't control where focus is when the message opens,
so I'm not sure how it could be causing this problem.

                it does not read the message window right now. there is
a focus bug in the 
                app. and you have to tab until you get into the body of
the message then 
                browse mode will read it.
