Hi Keith, I've used Total Recorder (the audio edition, but they offer a video edition), and it's worked well for me. Yes, if you only have one sound card it would record the speech generated by WE, but you can buy a second USB sound card for around $10, send your WE speech to it, and then have the recording software only record the audio from your primary card to avoid this. I'm not an expert on Total Recorder use by any means, it was recommended to me by others here on this list, but I did manage to use it to record the scripting classes I taught some time back, and I could have it record the audio from a conferencing package and WE and my microphone at the same time, and have it all merged together. Total Recorder also offered a free add-on for mixing and automatic gain control, and a purchasable add-on for improving audio quality. I also used another package called Virtual Audio Cable which helped me merge input sources, and duplicate output sources, to achieve the recording that I did. I don't believe it would record your mouse movements unless you set it to record your entire video output; usually you set it to record the output from a particular video source or internet feed. Try googling on Total Recorder (I don't remember who makes it) and read more about the video version. They are also willing to answer questions. hth, Chip
